Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Stackerlog Holdings Private Limited under the DigitBee brand. Please read it carefully before engaging our services.
1. General Policy
DigitBee provides professional digital marketing and growth services. Due to the nature of these services — which involve significant time, strategic work, and resource allocation from our team — we maintain a strict but fair refund policy as outlined below.
2. Growth Audit (One-Time Engagement)
- Before audit commences — Full refund if requested before any audit work has begun, within 24 hours of payment
- After audit commences — No refund once the audit process has been initiated, as significant team time and resources are committed from day one
- Delivered audits — No refund after delivery of the audit report
3. Growth Retainer (Monthly Engagements)
- Retainer fees are billed in advance at the start of each monthly cycle
- Cancellation before cycle start — Full refund if requested more than 5 business days before the billing cycle begins
- Cancellation after cycle start — No refund for the current billing cycle once work has commenced
- Notice of cancellation must be provided in writing with 30 days advance notice as per our Terms of Service
4. Growth Partnership (Long-Term Engagements)
- Partnership engagements operate on a minimum 6-month commitment
- Early termination within the minimum commitment period does not entitle the client to a refund of fees paid
- Fees for remaining months in the minimum commitment period may be due depending on the terms of the signed agreement
- Post-minimum period: standard 30-day notice cancellation applies with no refund for the active billing cycle
5. Ad Spend and Third-Party Costs
Ad spend managed on your behalf (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is your direct expenditure with those platforms and is not included in our fees. DigitBee does not hold or refund advertising budget. Any disputes regarding ad spend must be raised directly with the respective platform.
Third-party tool subscriptions or software procured specifically for your engagement are non-refundable once activated.
6. Service Dissatisfaction
If you are dissatisfied with our service delivery, we strongly encourage you to raise concerns with us directly before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving issues and, where appropriate, providing additional work, revisions, or credit toward future services.

7. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
8. Non-Refundable Items
- Work already delivered or in progress
- Ad spend managed on third-party platforms
- Third-party subscriptions or tools activated for your engagement
- Setup fees or onboarding fees once onboarding has commenced
- Rush or expedited service fees
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith discussion within 14 days. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, under applicable Indian law.
